Unless it is a hate-symbol or some pedo poo poo, I haven't met a tattoo artist that would turn down a job. Sure they may ask a few time, "ARE YOU SUUUUUURE?!" but if the customer is insistent, it's a funny job and money in your pocket.

What do you mean by "nice"? It doesn't make someone some kinda villain for doing pornographic work, even if it is in a stupid spot. Some tattoo artists have decided there are immutable rules (like never do a full sleeve on someone that has no other tattoos) that were largely informed by the over-zealous youth culture of the early 2000s. A tattoo artist does not ultimately have an obligation to ensure the customer is making sound life decisions, especially of they don't know them personally. If some random walks off the street and is firm about wanting a neon blue dick with a halo made of poo poo that takes up the majority of their thigh, there's gonna be some questions but the artist is not their parent, their friend or councillor. Some people flat-out won't do tattoos involving blood or weapons out of personal preference but that doesn't make them any more nice that the artist next to them.
