The only modification I've made is I used half gruyere and half manchego though I haven't made it with just gruyere so I don't know for sure if my version is actually better. Oh thank you! The 4 pack of frozen Kirkland pepperoni pizzas has more pepperoni on it then any other standard frozen pizza I've seen. It's good for how cheap it is.

We did salads yesterday: spring greens and spinach, sprinkle of romano, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, croutons, poppyseed dressing, topped with spicy chicken. Today it's curry chicken salad with apple and almonds in it, topped with greens on a bulkie roll. Husband made deviled eggs to go with.

If I'm not feeling lazy I'm going to make a healthy taco salad tonight. I'll keep the ground turkey in a container and just use half a bag of salad and add some other stuff to it. I'm not sure what it'll include yet. I'll probably take a picture, as is tradition.

I'm going to have 2 day leftover pizza. I got really drunk two nights ago (and last night..... and right now) and ordered wings and a pizza and I had no memory of it until I found the empty wings container. I had Thai from a new place near my house and it was pretty good. Probably second or third best Thai place in town and the first and second best ones are way on the other side of town so may eat at this one a lot. Good crab fried rice is really good but there's also mediocre crab fried rice out there and when you pay 20 bucks plus and get mediocre crab fried rice it's real sad.
