I have opened my air conditioned apartment to my friends who don't have it and some of them are very heat sensitive and will likely die without some form of cooling. I'm taking in climate refugees in the United States lol this is extremely cool and normal

1. Drink as much water as you think you need, and then double it 2. Wet rags on your head, neck, feet in a bucket of water 3. Box fans 4. multiple levels? stay on the ground floor 5. don't use the oven 6. bring a lot of water with you if you need to walk or drive somewhere. 7. avoid physical activity, it's really easy to suddenly be overcome by the heat if you're not acclimated to it 8. jump in the shower and run it as cold as you can for a minute or two, get out and move around a bit 9. check in regularly on vulnerable people you know, and your pets my experience working physical labor in texas summers and years living in lovely apartments with window units that couldn't cool the place below 90 during the day
