This could be the most one-sided fight since 1973 when Ali faced an eighty-foot tall mechanical Joe Frazier. My memory isn't what it used to be, but I think the entire Earth was destroyed.

I was gonna say the winner of this is probably favorite to win B block, but every team in this tournament is so good there’s no one you can count out

Hmmm, alternatively they continue the exhaustion angle by having everyone take BestBros to the limit, never allowing them to get enough points to win

One of a Kind Tag League Block A

DRAGON NINJA (Chon Shiryu & Sayuri) VS Best Bros (Baliyan Akki & Mei Suruga)

Finally, the return of DRAGON NINJA! While this glorious return was delayed by a minor ankle injury, we will finally be able to enjoy the artful combat prowess of this flashy team. This pairing is like an fantastic action movie come to life: the Kunoichi (female ninja) of the Fourth Generation Sayuri and the Kung Fu Specialist Chon Shiryu! They are a stylish force to be reckoned with! Sayuri is able to perform tactical Jutsu's, vanishing and even running across the wall! She has finally hit her legendary bodyslam, and the sky is the limit for this crimson clad killer. Sayuri is one to keep an eye on...she will definitely make a big impression in this League, I'm betting! Chon's artful offense is both beautiful and deadly. How can he move like he does? He finds a way to seem both lighter than air, and stronger than steel. The dynamic fighter almost seems like an acrobat when he moves across the Square. While it has been a while since these two paired up (not since Episode 100!), the team continues to be quite popular! The time away has only increased this fan support. With DRAGON NINJA's synergistic styles, the enemy teams in the OOAK Tag League better be careful...or they might find themselves vanquished by this flashy combination! Let's Bodyslam!

The Best Bros survived the turbulent Season 7! They defeated big names, survived a gauntlet, and suffered devastating singles losses. It was an absolute struggle, but it shows just how far they have come as a team. Also, they finally have matching tag gear! (Designed by Tapla!) The Tag League should be their natural habitat, since the champs love a challenge! Baliyan Akki, the Zephyr of Ichigaya and Ace of the Promotion, is as talented as they come. His encounters against Chris Brookes and Minoru Fujita showed just how far he has risen! What heights will this technical master reach? Akki got to commentate on CyberFight Festival, he's still moving up in the world. If you haven't heard his commentary on That's J-PW you're missing out! His partner, "Genius" Mei Suruga, loves her tag belts almost as much as she loves snacks! A trick pin specialist, submission expert, and all around goblin, Mei seems to have skill and experience well beyond the years she has spent in wrestling so far. She might not have defeated Fujita (much like Akki) but these two just “get it!”. Can the Champs pull off a truly amazing feat...and win the Tag League while champions? Who will they challenge if so? Tropikawaild might have brought them to a draw, but surely they will regain momentum here...right?

One of a Kind Tag League Block B

White Comaneci (Antonio Honda & Otoki) VS EGG TART (Hagane Shinno & Chie Koishikawa)

Black Comaneci has been reborn...as White Comaneci! While they may or may not have the blessing of Frank Gotch, the former* villains seem to at least look like angels now. Antonio Honda is the Master of Black...well, actually I suppose he'd be the Master of White now! A cunning prankster & Storyteller that bends the rules of reality (and the match!) with ease, Anton's jokes tend to take on a more violent nature when he puts on the getup he is known for in this Team! (I wonder if they will have a different look for matches yet again...) Weapon usage, using the environment to elevate his pins, eye pokes, nothing is off the table! While he might be dismissed (by fools) for his comedic antics...Anton is a phenomenal wrestler, in great shape, and is able to go at a pace that few can match when he needs to. But has he truly been redeemed? Tokiko “Otoki” Kirihara is the Master of Comaneci. The Super Rookie of the Fourth Generation is already known for her brutality and ability to match up with those above her in status, but adding in a delight for cheating and assisting in Anton's mischief makes her even more dangerous! Hopefully becoming an angel has curbed this a little. Otoki's arsenal of Comaneci style submissions keeps getting deeper, and her throws and kicks are even able to shake the Ace (as we have seen in the past!). While in the past this team wasn't above stealing wins or flattering the booker for favors, hopefully this time they're going to fight fair. But I wouldn't count on it.

EGG TART is a dangerous combination on a few levels. Now they have a chance to prove just how dangerous in the Tag League! The fan favorite polar opposite team has a bizarre but perfect chemistry that can't be put into words. Chie Koishikawa brings a cheerful flair and an unpredictable amount of fury. She is called Too Much Energy for a reason! This Frantic Fencer's backhand fencing chops have brought low monsters and demons alike! "Cold Killer" Hagane Shinno brings an icy, calculated destruction that will remind you of the ravages of winter. Silent, beautiful, uncaring. Simply a force of nature! (He's canonically beautiful by the way, Emi introduced him once as such) His relentless ferocity has yet to find an equal in Ichigaya. These two strikers are on a war path, with Chie having recently scored her first singles victory...and Hagane having never been defeated in Singles action in ChocoPro! Together, EGG TART just...works. The opposing energies balance one another out to a degree that has shown a bit of each's personality beginning to change the other! Can they overcome their past failings? Have they grown enough? One of the two underdog teams in the League, they were bested by Melt Brain Dancing...but can they recover and win the block? They were named after an incident where a drunken Chie stole a certain pastry from Hagane, by the way.

Tropikawaild might have brought them to a draw, but they have regained some momentum...now their fate lies in the result of this match (as well as the performance of the other remaining teams!). But they have quite the task ahead of them...

WASSHOI! Ayumi Hayashi once again returns to ChocoPro! With a mix of joy and violence that catch her opponents completely off guard, the bringer of Wasshoi is an overwhelming force! What happens when you pair this untamed element with an EVEN MORE passionate power!? You get WASSHOI ANIKI! Ayumi is know for her boisterous style, just like her new partner! She is also known for her impressive bridges and submissions, which will pair nicely with her partner's machine gun chops and vicious Lariats! The fervor of Wasshoi meets the raw charismatic power of Aniki! Speaking of Aniki...Ayumi's partner is Ryo Mizunami...better known as Aniki! Why call her Aniki? Think of it like a sign of respect for your “big bro”. Just roll with it! You'll be completely overwhelmed by her tough charisma anyway. She's so hard boiled! Carrying herself like a complete star, absolutely oozing cool, and with a set of moves that are flashy as well as brutally heavy...Aniki is able to deliver must see matches one after another. Personally I can't wait to see that Leg Drop again! These two together is a dream come true for the ChocoMints. With the Best Bros possessing the loudest Goblin in the business, Will this be the noisiest battle in ChocoPro history? Tune in to find out! (and don't forget to adjust your volume!)

One of a Kind Tag League Block B

Melt Brain Dancing (PSYCHO & CHANGO) VS White Comaneci (Antonio Honda & Otoki Kirihara)

Melt Brain Dancing ♪ is an experience. This chaotic pair of violent hooligans made a massive impression in the past while battling the Best Bros...and debuted against EGG TART! Unfortunately for EGG TART, Time is a flat circle. MBD has a win in the League, but can they win against such a rotten pair of angels? PSYCHO is known for his solemn ferocity, putting him in a rare category with Hagane Shinno. (He also has a singles win over the Ace of ChocoPro, Baliyan Akki!) CHANGO is an unpredictable clown, but also far more dangrous than he seems! Perhaps the Young Bucks noticed how effectively he used that Cold Spray...These two veterans have quite the storied history, but have never held Tag Titles together. After seeing them coordinate their feral styles, you will wonder how that is possible! Life might not have been entirely kind to these two, but hard lives create strong individuals. These two mad dogs are more than capable of taking down any opponent in this League, and are willing to go beyond what the others consider fair and just. (Possibly with the exception of White Comaneci, and we're going to find out which of these teams is more evil!) With unrelenting team attacks and a lack of morality when the battle begins, Melt Brain Dancing have the upper edge in the OOAK. Will this story end with them finally holding belts as a team?

Black Comaneci has been reborn...as White Comaneci! While they may or may not have the blessing of Frank Gotch, the former villains seem to at least look like angels now. They can't win the block anymore, but they can still ruin it for someone else! Weapon usage (including choking you with his wings), using the environment to elevate his pins, eye pokes, nothing is off the table! While he might be dismissed (by fools) for his comedic antics...Anton is a phenomenal wrestler, in great shape, and is able to go at a pace that few can match when he needs to. Don't be fooled by his heavenly songs! Tokiko “Otoki” Kirihara is the Master of Comaneci. The Super Rookie of the Fourth Generation is already known for her brutality and ability to match up with those above her in status, but adding in a delight for cheating and assisting in Anton's mischief makes her even more dangerous! Unfortunately, becoming an angel hasn't curbed this at all. Otoki's arsenal of Comaneci style submissions keeps getting deeper, and her throws and kicks are even able to shake the Ace (as we have seen in the past!). While in the past this team wasn't above stealing wins, long form mind games, or flattering the booker for favors, hopefully this time they're going to fight fair. But I wouldn't count on it. Their losses have definitely made them even more evil!

(Which ended up turning into post match chaos!) If Wasshoi Aniki can win both remaining matches, they will have the League! But I have a feeling a desperate DRAGON NINJA is going to be hard to put down! (Not to mention, Tropikawaild in the distance...)

One of a Kind Tag League Block B

Melt Brain Dancing (PSYCHO & CHANGO) VS Mi ☆ Sayaka (Minoru Fujita & Sayaka)

Melt Brain Dancing ♪ is an experience. This chaotic pair of violent hooligans made their mark in the past while battling the Best Bros...and debuted against EGG TART! Unfortunately for EGG TART, Time is a flat circle. MBD has a win and a draw in the League, so winning against the wildcard team is imperative. PSYCHO is known for his solemn ferocity, putting him in a rare category with Hagane Shinno. (He also has a singles win over the Ace of ChocoPro, Baliyan Akki!) CHANGO is an unpredictable clown, but also far more dangerous than he seems! With unrelenting team attacks and a lack of morality when the battle begins, Melt Brain Dancing have the upper edge in the OOAK. Will this story end with them finally holding belts as a team? They're chaotic, they're unpredictable, they're always a pleasure to watch. One of my favorite ChocoPro moments of all time was CHANGO spraying the cold spray behind Anton for special effects.

Mi ☆ Sayaka is an interesting pairing, to say the least. But they are a pairing with a victory! Minoru Fujita has 24 years of experience, while his new partner has less than 2. Minoru is known for his accolades in singles, tag, and deathmatches (as well as his angelic singing voice). This bird loving belt collector is a terror with endless endurance: Minoru Fujita is still in his prime! His partner is merely at the start of her journey...but Fujita is well traveled in his. This living legend inspired the MCMG, has held titles in DDT, BJW, NOAH, Freedoms, Zero1, and more! This titan of the industry seems just about unbreakable. Covered in scars and gold, Fujita is Our Bloody Champion (an epithet he earned after bringing his hard won BJW Deathmatch belt to ChocoPro). But what about his partner? Season 7 was big for wrestling Cosplayer & “Monster Slayer” Sayaka, a model and gamer who is making quite the impression in with her accuracy and ferocious forearms! She formed Othello, the latest popular tag team in ChocoPro, with Otoki! Technically, that makes three tag teams Sayaka is in now (Othello, Double Sayaka with Obihiro, and now Mi ☆ Sayaka) She is improving nonstop, and should continue to make a huge splash in the league! She is most known for her picture perfect dropkick, her natural movements in the ring, and her unique submission...and also...she hates mayonnaise. (I might have to add her special pin to this list, since it seems so effective!) These two have their first win locked in, which makes sense: they have all the elements that would make for a great team! Remember, they did what MBD could not: they defeated White Comaneci (We miss you already, Evil Angels)! Could they take the League...and earn a shot at the Champs?

None of the usual crew will be here for this episode, it should be quite interesting to say the least!

Dogglesnake Summary on reddit

quote:

We're taking a break from the League tonight to do a special cross over episode! Michinoku Pro is a Japanese Lucha Libre style Promotion in Morioka, Iwata! Did you know they had a working relationship with the WWF? Check out their history, its a fascinating read! This Episode will feature two ChocoPro debuts, and is sure to be full of fast-paced action!

Apple Queens return to battle Too Much Energy & Blue Comet!

Mei Suruga & Emi Sakura vs Chie Koishikawa & Koji Kawamura (Debut)

It's been a while, but Apple Queens are back! “Big Apple” Mei Suruga & “Her Majesty” Emi Sakura might usually be on the opposite side of the ring from one another, but when they're together they make magic! Maybe the Oni encourages the Goblin's wicked tendencies? The Master of ChocoPro, Emi Sakura has been out of commission for a while since her injury at Heat Up, mostly officiating or stirring the pot in the background. If the Queen is back to fighting strength, she'll have to make up for lost time with a load of devastating chops and devious tactics! Luckily she and her partner are both tag specialists. Mei has grown significantly since their last pairing on ChocoPro, with the Best Bros holding their Asia Dream Tag Titles for over 180 days! (Not to mention her attempt at the Super Asia Title impressing us all!) The Genius is a prodigy the likes of which the wrestling world has never seen. Having debuted 21 days after starting training, this Genius manages to pull of real spectacles in the ring (and the square!). These two will need to be fully synchronized once again to take on this combo! (Especially in Koji's home turf!) Will they be able to tap into that teamwork from 40 episodes ago?

Hellooooo! “Too Much Energy” Chie Koishikawa might not be able to win the Tag League anymore with Hagane Shinno in EGG TART, but she might be able to score a monumental win in the mountains! The Frantic Fencer is known for her volume & energy, greeting the audience with a call and response that you just have to join in on. Chie has become faster and stronger each season, adding more and more to her versatile (and incredibly nimble) arsenal. Her haunting side has been coming out more and more, what if she is fully able to control it? She'll be teaming up with Michinoku's Koji Kawamura! He has been active for 4 years, and is from Nara! With the epithet “Cometa Azul” (Blue Comet / Kite) we can probably expect quite a bit of speed and potentially some high flying! What a pretty epithet. His gear is sky blue and flashy (with a very cool entrance coat), so I can't wait to see him in action. I love coming across a wrestler that I don't know much about yet, because it is basically my favorite experience in wrestling. Let's Go Chie-Koji!

The Ace challenges the Future of Michinoku Pro!

Baliyan Akki vs MUSASHI (Debut)

The Best Bros might not have claimed the League just yet, but the Ace of ChocoPro, Baliyan Akki will have to do his best to represent the promotion in this inter-promotional battle! The Zephyr of Ichigaya has been on fire for a long time, his techniques and speed getting to the point where he can even stand toe to toe with legends and veterans alike! His strike combos might remind you of Naomichi Marufuji, his zest for wrestling might remind you of HARASHIMA. Every mythical figure that he has come across, every opponent he has faced has improved him. Akki is inspired by greatness, and takes notes towards building his own way. He's amazing for more than just his crisp movements, though. You truly believe he cares about pro wrestling: treating every single match like it is the most important ever*. (Really, you only need to hear him call the Main Events of* CyberFight Festival to hear his true passion!) Akki's journey to this point has been a delight to follow, you can hear his story on several podcasts...but to quickly summarize, the winds have carried him to this point! What does the Future hold for this stunning talent? We're about to find out...

MUSASHI is the Future of Michinoku! This 11 year Veteran will be quite the formidable trial for the Ace! Formerly known as Daichi Sasaki, MUSASHI was trained by Taro Nohashi of Michinoku Pro, but has actually fought for Gatoh Move in the past! (Not to mention extensive action in Mexico!) Much like Akki, MUSASHI was part of a Tag Team (New Phase with Ayumu Gunji) that managed to secure gold! (They were the MPW Tokohu Tag Team Champions for 192 Days! That's really close to the Best Bros reign, hopefully not an omen...) but MUSASHI was also able to secure the MPW Tohoku Junior Heavyweight Belt. While he's lost it, he's actually the most recent Champion behind the current! (Rui Hiugaji) While I'm not as familiar with him, anyone who loves dogs, Falcon Arrows, and several Suplexes is an instant hit with me. Plus, that look! What will this nimble technician bring to the table in his first ChocoPro match? (Fun Fact, he is part of the Bad Boy stable for MPW, along side DOUKI*!*) Expect this to be an incredibly spicy clash of styles. Can Akki keep up with the Future?
