Guys what you’re missing about Fury is that Brad Pitt never climbed back into the tank and had some final big conversation with the new guy and then ate the grenades. That was all just a fever dream fantasy the new guy’s broken brain formed to make him feel better about everyone already being dead for hours while he hid.

Fury is a good war movie. Not a realistic one, but a good one. Same can be said of Platoon, or FMJ, or dozens of other movies. Plus, it's got a lot of fun parts. "He the one hanging kids? Grab that SS cocksucker with the busted wing."

For all it's flaws, after the fixes from Chernobyl were implemented the RBMKs became fairly reliable reactors. There are still ones in operation. And despite Chernobyl being the worst Nuclear accident that we know of, it remains only the 65th worst energy accident, and after the initial body count of 56, only 15 known and confirmed deaths from cancer have been directly traced to it by the UN. I'd rather have more RBMKs than more gas plants but guess what we are actively building more of in the middle of a climate emergency...
