You are correct. According to the credits, the story is by Jim Salicrup and art is by Dan and Jim DeCarlo.

Perhaps Murd Blurdock goes by the nickname "Blurd", it's pretty common for people with that surname.

And Matt (secret identity: Soulless Ginger Without Friends) Murdock, but his are either in Braille or clicked on a ballpoint pen in Morse code or something.

Oh man, that issue was a real formative experience with the X-Men for me. I'd read like, X-Men #1 before and not much else, but they didn't grab me until Bizarre Adventures 27, specifically Nightcrawler's story. Iceman's was good, too, but the third story was Jean Grey shortly after she'd become the Phoenix, and eight-year-old me felt like he was missing a lot of context.

For those unfamiliar, the reason there's a whole bunch of other heroes behind Iceman (And what looks to be a second version of him) was that he was out there to judge an ice sculpture competition, including one of him. poo poo goes down, and as the bad guy with the cane and glasses comes out with his ill-gotten gains, he walks past the row of statues as he boasts, then goes "Wait, did we just pass a second sculpture of-"
