For context, Ireland has been vaccinating people in bands divided by age, in descending order. Things went really well with vaccine supply, so we've gotten down to registering everyone over the age of 16 being eligible to get a vaccination date sooner than expected, and on top of that, for today, tomorrow and Monday, mass vaccination centres around the country are operating on walk-in, no appointment needed basis for everyone over 16. When I was fifteen I went to see a stage adaptation of one of Terry's books (Maskerade) in a nearby city. We went up a bit early so I dropped into a local bookshop to kill some time and bought a copy of his latest book which turned out to be signed. I assumed it was just an early edition but when I got it to the counter they explained Terry had also been to see the play the night before, and on his travels made a habit of dropping into local bookstores to ask if they had anything he could sign. A gem. For content here's a Terry pic, or rather of him in the shirt he usually wore to conventions.
