there is nothing positive the 'crypto ecosystem' can show as results except a bunch of cool graphs in a web browser that show some big numbers (if you mess with the x and y axes correctly) which makes me curious - has anyone done a comparison of price of bitcoin vs the price of energy wasted to mine it vs the actual amounts of energy wasted? it might be an interesting comparison to see how much energy and money was blown away to make it possible for some bros to larp daytrading
