He claims he was not thinking of trans people at all when he wrote her, and was surprised when someone pointed it out. He also thought it was really really cool that he had accidentally made something that resonated with trans people. Good amount of cats, let's add two more. I love these two idiots. They're honestly the sweetest, friendliest, & smartest rescue cats I've ever lived with. Gideon. He was the shelter's lobby cat, super chill, super friendly, super quiet, super dumb. A himbo through & through. His meow is the meow of a gentle velveteen fop.  He came with a ribbon.  Arya. Animal Control found her in an abandoned burned out trailer, already having given birth to a litter, and some evil shitbag had shot her in the side with a hunting pellet. Her nose has a weird burn mark on it and she came fully equipped with the usual scars & marks of a battle tested feral cat. She's incredibly smart, has absolutely no fear, and acts more dog than cat. She has a constant dialogue, and grumbles & yells & expresses herself at all times. She sounds like a 48 yr old 3 pack a day Waffle House waitress. I love this kitty. I can't believe she wasn't adopted sooner.  May they be blessed with long happy lives like they have blessed me with just being in their company.

All the cats make me smile. Our shelter boys Chimi and Ritto. Chimi was fostered and loves everything. Ritto was feral and dislikes everything that isn't a microfiber blanket or small very specific mouse toy.
