It would not surprise me if we were meant to deplore Dustin for not taking advantage of the power imbalance in that relationship and being nasty to the kid. Dustin having a kindly friendship with him is "proof" of what a loser he is. Ed or the sister would have him doing chores for them.

Eh, probably not, it’s a pretty common thing to poke fun at. Zucchini is legitimately an insane producer. I don’t know one single person who has planted a zucchini and not gotten way the gently caress too many zucchini out of it. Back when I participated in a CSA we had to stop getting a box over the summer because it was literally nothing but zucchini and squash.

I doubt it. But this looks like it will be sympathetic to her at least.

One of the small things in Luann that annoys me for no good reason is the fact that they jumped through a bazillion hoops to ensure that we never got to see Tiffany's dad from the front and then suddenly out of nowhere we get a reveal that is not particularly interesting or dramatic.

It's as if the grownups in the Peanuts cartoon just suddenly walked into frame without any acknowledgement of the running gag that we only hear their waah-waah from off screen.

Killing him is a valid option.

Arthur is playing a risky game. Val is tactically very useful, but his strategic powerbase is built on those nobles and their support. Shaming them in the eyes of the king invites reprisals and costly blood feuds.
