A guy I know got “13” tattooed in huge font across his throat. He’s got random ink all over already - so okay sure go hogwild or whatever. He’s already got jobstoppers on both hands with “gently caress yall” on the top knuckle and “lief hate” on the middle. But as a French dude from France he did NOT understand why I told him that Los Angeles should probably be off his travel list. 13 is his birthday (March 13 apparently). He was going to get “M13” for March 13 even. English isn’t his first or second language and he’s never been to the states so I get not knowing the reference but boy what a placement for those two digits.
