i was very excited to get five guys on my trip to the iowa city clinic and realized there was one in Coralville so I didn't even have to drive to cedar rapids then a few days later i looked and we've had one here since June

man I WISH I still had as good a hat racket as I did in like 2015. I've basically entirely fallen out of it especially after going full time at my current job. the highs were the highest from hats, but I could not risk the instability of income from it and went with the more regular option instead. I'm getting a significant raise in a few weeks so I can really start to waste money on stupid garbage like never before when that happens, oh boy

frankly the best parts of gundam aren't even the parts where they say war is bad. it's actually the weirdo rich girls who say war is good, because they have a self-destructive desire to engage in war, because of how strong their hatred of war is honestly i do think in his byston well stuff (not garzey) tomino does an ok job with anti war stuff because like. as cool as the mechs are dunbine's last stretch is almost purposefully mind meltingly tedious and really pulls you into the flow of a ton of people just getting absolutely worn the gently caress down from repeated pointless battles ending in nothing but stalemates that they just kind of lose any trace of sanity and by the end see literally no other option but to destroy themselves in order to purify the world of the rot they've infected it with. and rean is so insanely overt with the idea of war being so horrible that it corrupts anyone involved with it and causes people to do completely awful unjustifiable things, that it's kind of comical. plus with cg like that, it sure is impossible to find the mechs in rean all that cool The Colonel fucked around with this message at 00:15 on Aug 15, 2021 |

I love these jerks.  Related to rancid-rear end memes, I haven't seen the "anime was a mistake" meme outside of, like, dumb-assed twitter takes, and like who gives a flying gently caress about that sorta nonsense. Also after watching Eva 3.0+1.0 back in March, I'm glad it exists but if I never see anything Eva-related ever again, that's fine. It was a nice send-off. Nah, the "anime was a mistake" meme gets regurgitated all over the internet in various anime/manga fan communities and various social media platforms including YouTube, usually in a self-deprecating sort of way. You probably just don't see them because you don't waste you time in those spaces Wark
