Been going to a trainer for about a year, tonight was the first time I puked after. Definitely felt better after tho. Here was the initial workout:  Not bad but the finisher crushed me. Two minutes of: 50m sprint 6 20lb med ball slams 10 rotational med ball throws (10lb) After the two minutes 22 seconds as hard as you can go on the assault bike. 2 sets of that. The goal was to see how many calories you could burn. I did 59 the first set and 54 the second. I finished second out of the people who had done it, only finishing behind a college football player (beat me by 5 calories). Kinda proud but the pain was brutal. My quads hurt so bad I couldn't stand up for like 5 minutes. Then I puked lol

I’m exhausted. We got my friend w whatever mental issue on the plane to his family, after two hours of searching his house for his passport, which he had squirreled away. Any time we would ask him a direct question he would giggle and answer with an unrelated vague statement. His girlfriend has been dealing with this poo poo the entire week, she looked ready to pass out when we were done. I do not envy the handler his family hired to escort him on the flight. Just hours of nonsensical rambling. I worry that he isn’t coming back healthy, or even at all. He was so goddamn gone, like he could only answer one out of every 50 questions coherently.

Late to tornado chat but I had a tornado go over my house about ten years ago. Just got back from the movies with some friends and it was storming. Warnings start going off and we go in the basement just to be safe not really worrying though because it was a somewhat common occurrence in the summer. I had the radar up on my laptop zoomed into where we were when I saw a dark purple spot in the normal reds greens and yellows. About a minute later everyone’s ears started popping as the tornado went over the house and we collectively shat our pants. Luckily no damage to the house. Bunch of trees went down and one crushed the shed but otherwise fine. Still had power afterward too. And the new What If with Chadwick Boseman is pretty good. Much better than the first episode. I think the Guardians setting being a little more goofy definitely helps.

Texas has admitted they made a tiny oopsie and are now requiring schools to inform parents when there's a positive case in their kids' class or social group or whatever. That's the only change though. Still no contact tracing requirement. Still no mask or vaccine mandate
