I really want to know more about this one, what constitutes Ohio Valley style? I know that's onions on top, but my brain keeps interpreting the whole thing as scalloped potatoes, which would be a pretty great faux  American style pizza.

Ohio Valley style is actually that awful kind where they put cold cheese on after baking. i didn't see any of that in any of that places pics though here's a fun one from Japan though
