The other issue is it doesn't seem certain where they would end up. I think Qatar stopped taking refugees now, but the conditions there aren't great. If the US takes up countries like Colombia on the refugee deal they would be stuck on the other side of the world as well.

Meanwhile American analysts just ignored all of this poo poo happening and nodded their heads when Biden said they've got 300,000 armed men ready to fight a month ago.

Oh yeah. They're smart enough not to be at the airport, they weren't Coalition helpers and don't have passports. Aaand their assumption is that someones gonna put a bomb into that mass sooner or later. Why die for nothing.
We're thinking what the timeline is until more standard flights start getting out and just showing up somewhere and trying not to get deported through throwing money at the problem. My fianc� came by foot over the Iranian border but they were all adults with no kids and the times are different. My honest advice would be to ride it out for a month or two, but I haven't seen any mention of either of the Naderi's since the Doha summit. We don't know whats been promised for their community, and they're all panicking. Whitey McMayonaise saying "hey maybe it won't be that bad for a couple months" isn't likely to go over well.
