I figured that Kirk Cameron’s Christmas movie was going to be misguided poo poo regardless. What I didn’t expect was finding out that it twists Christianity around to justify crazy holiday consumerism. I thought he would at least go after consumerism for shifting the holiday away from Jesus. Evangelical Christianity always finds a way to make money for the insiders.
