I pretty sure more US companies will do vaccine mandates for making numbers go up: -High cost for COV19 hospitalizations -Having to do constant quarantines or people out because they didn't get the vaccine would impact day to day operations -The worse case in which someone with SME / Tribal knowledge dies from it due to not getting the vaccine I know at my aerospace supplier the surge has been really disruptive when you get situations like half a department having to go into quarantine or un-vaxed people going on disability leaves
