canadian water is way more feasible, the plans were all completed by the parsons corporation and had general support in the parched west but didnt move forward because the big mid century drought ended. the missouri study was just to make americans mad and divided some more so that its easier to agree to gently caress over the country that is totally dependent on us for trade and defense and cant stop us from making it happen the easy way or otherwise
