I was so into this in 2003 I bought the paid version of quicktime specifically to import that exact swf along with a bunch of others from newgrounds and convert them to files that could be played on my brand new ipod video It was also fun taking the flash files and importing them into macromedia to see what kind of stuff i could edit/extract

A prominent member, Strawberry Clock posted a legendarily basic flash animation where their character said 'B' a lot in a text to speech voice. 'B' in many ways was the 'E' of it's day. A competing gang of internet hoodlums was the 'lock crew' who had locks on their faces. It was a whole thing, not that I was in either group, but it was amusing to watch. Mr. Weebl has a kids channel on YouTube now (Jellybug), and has re-used old meme videos for new songs and animations geared towards young children. A whole new generation can still enjoy the Badgers.
