It took me months, and there’s a guide that is good to have because the audio itself doesn’t completely explain what you’re doing (at least my brokebrain got confused). Don’t let the “it took months” thing deter you though. You can do Wave 1 and it’s enough for most people that aren’t insane. I hold it in such high regard that if I was Stateside I would take a retreat to the center. Know a couple people that have, and that’s what got me into it to begin with.

Unless one falls entirely on either side of that spectrum, the concept is almost like asking someone what the color blue looks like, or how strawberries taste. Even after taking the professional test, I still feel like I could’ve answered differently depending on my mindset/mood/time of day/etc.

This aphantasia stuff is blowing my mind. After doing some reading, I guess I have hyperphantasia. Crystal clear visualization of all scenery, rotate it, walk through it, use and feel objects, listen to music, eat, feel the breeze, whatever. I'm not being metaphorical. Reading a novel is like living inside a mental holodeck program for me. I had always assumed it's the same for everyone and I'm still kind of shocked. I will be asking the birds about this after I smoke some weed.

reading "encounter in rendlesham forest." its a good overview of the event so far, reads easy with a good timeline of what happened and who was involved when. no less than two sets of plaster casts of the supposed landing indentations have been brought up and im just waiting to find out their fate. where are the casts? got the suspicion nick pope is a big ol chud tho, lots of words about how important the two bases were to stop the inevitable ground invasion of Europe by the Soviets, and by God the man just loves him a troop

I have smoked weed daily for like over 20 years and I still have crazy dreams. Which sounds cool at first, but these intense dreams wear me out. I wake up feeling like I just spent days in another life. The only way I can sleep with out dreaming is to get black out drunk, and I'm not a fan of drinking.

There's nothing that really covers all the bases and I've seen a bunch of The Weird Things and yeah birds are among them. Just one time, a few months before I left Texas iirc but I can count it. It was pretty boring, was with my sister and grandpa, they saw them too. I took a lovely video, but they were just darting around, super fast. About six dots moving faster, further, and changing direction rapidly/on a dime with no rhyme or reason, with more grace than any material human thing is probably capable of, and then I went and ate dinner with them because like what do you even do with that
