I haven’t watched the video but based on my experience I’m gonna guess that’s the cop is hyperventilating, goes out, stops breathing for a second then begins to breath normally, versus just breathes slower and slower until it’s insufficient as would a narcotic OD typically presents right?

Watched it. Yeah, yeah, panic attack, unless there’s some underlying condition like a PE causing shortness of breath. I saw boots do the same thing plenty of time when they were stressed out. Also if it was an opiate he would have been back and normal like seconds afterwards. They need to get that guy counseling and anti-anxiety meds before putting him back to work not make up bullshit. Also if we’re going to be consistent why not arrest him for having an overdose? Clearly it works so well as treatment when we do it for drug addicts.

I don't understand this. Are you supposed to take your drivers license out of your wallet or purse and put it into the pouch every time you get in the car? And why is the onus on the public not to do anything to make the police so afraid they kill you (like what happened to Castile) instead of the cops just not being such babies and killing anyone for literally any reason?
