I heard the other day that houses have gone from like $200k to $800k in Iqaluit in just the past couple of years, and ghettos near the airport are getting exponentially bigger. Western urbanization definitely seems to be going well for them up there, more wealth is being generated via property value there than anywhere else in the country. It's the Canadian way!
