Yeah, most of the positive reviews mention the off-Steam nude patch. I will never understand wanting to combine gaming and porn, especially when the game is pretty much guaranteed to be lovely. Hell that dumbass Hunie Pop game that made so many headlines was just a Bejeweled clone or something

I mean, maybe I'm misremembering? But I read the summary of that thing when it first got banner ads on SA, and I definitely recall it mentioning that you could start a (presumably sexual) romantic relationship with the little girl vampire when she grows up. Also the entire premise has that weird "we're going to throw a ton of lore at you to create plausible deniability about how creepy this is" vibe.

Yeah Hanako Games doesn't lean in on creepy, if anything it tends to treat relationship stuff as a joke in the few games that even allow it. The only title offhand I can think of with an overt "pick a partner" in it is Magical Diary.
