King of colosseum 2 had the best setup. It had a ton of caw slots, and a ton of wrestlers had alt costumes, and every single alt slot was actually a fully editable slot, looks and moves and ai. Essentially the entire roster was caw slots, it was amazing.

No Mercy only had good customization in retrospect - I had it in my mind to split the roster into two factions, one of whom exclusively wore tuxedo suits and boat shoes, but while you could change the name of "Mr. rear end" to "Mr. Class", you could not put him in a tuxedo for unexplained reasons. This was not the case for SCSA

You also have to dodge the sacks of money they throw at you to sign CM Punk. If you manage to dodge all of them successfully, then he goes to AEW and gives them big ratings while the Fox execs explode in rage.

Man, they seem to be putting a lot of work into it all these mechanics and nuances for a mode that most people don't remember as being much better than it was. I guess they really want to deliver.

That sad thing is that Fire Promoter still isn't very great. I was hyped for it but then I stopped playing it after a couple shows. GM Mode is so long ago that I can't even compare it to anything anymore. I don't even know what mechanics it had, if it even had any.
