The good strategy is to vote for the person you want to win, and explain why if it comes up in conversation. Screaming at people is going to make them hate you, not persuade them that you're right, any more than the campus preacher screaming at young women to stop wearing shorts and start wearing long skirts is going to persuade any of them to do that.

3 centre parties and not a single left wing socialist one is going to approach PPC numbers. This is not a problem that you can solve via facebook arguments lol. There's ongoing problems in society that our leaders have no interest in addressing, this is going to lead to people being radicalized, and since this country is full of small-c conservatives that radicalization is going to be to the right. There's also billions of dollars being poured into right radicalization by oligarchs across the world (but primarily america), the left doesn't have that kind of money or any institutions remaining to make their case.

I requested to vote by mail. It was taking so long to get to me I assumed they lost it, and just now I finally received my vote by mail package. Considering the next two days are the weekend I'm pretty sure it's physically impossible for me to mail this back in time, and it looks like once I request to vote by mail I'm not allowed to vote in person. Guess I'm off the hook for this election!

O'Toole played the "voting for anyone other than conservatives is voting for Trudeau!" this afternoon and methinks he's getting a bit panicky because of his constant dodging of Kenney questions and his broken record repetition of the $600 million election price tag isn't getting sny traction. He's not deer in the headlights delusional like Scheer was but he's got the same issue where he cannot seem to adequately answer questions that are off his speaking points.

So I just got my first PPC mailer and apparently my candidate is not only the most hilarious caricature of a WASP he's a member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and its personnel manager. I mean I know there are white supremacist undercurrents in classical music but this is ridiculous.
