The refs straight up were ready to let the 49ers murder Davantae Adams on the field, man!

You're a madman to have watched the recording of the game after being able to look at the box score

i wanted to watch the game but it was too nice out to justify wasting 4 hours in front of the TV. I didn't think they'd win; in my wildest nightmares i could not have imagined that much of a disaster although given how many people in Matt Forte jerseys I saw walking around semi-despondent in what would have been the second half, i should have figured it out.

Hell of a job by the Oline, who I thought was going to get demolished today. Down our two top guys and the 49ers get one sack?

Dline did a p good job too, held the run game in check and got the occasional pressure. Can't wait until Z gets back to kick things up a bit.

The Vikings win was a relief. Relief that they finally won, relief that they finally beat Russell Wilson, relief that I'm not going to have read about how Mike Zimmer should be fired until after next week at the earliest.

Hey it's every packers team from the last decade. But rest of the division remains very "special" so you know go.pack go

Defensive line took a small step forward but Jaire was not Jaire on a number of plays last night so yeah they weren't great, but, there was overall improvement nonetheless

It's amazing what they can do with computers these days.

Yesterday I played Axis and Allies with friends and we had the game on the side. Never been so glad to have something else to do during a Bears game. I paid attention enough to know the bears were getting crushed.

Fire Pace like they should’ve last year. Nagy probably needs to be fired too, but I put more of the blame on Pace. Nagy still hasn’t learned to adjust to the players he has. Not that I expected a win yesterday, but that was god awful.

It sure didn't feel like he had that many incompletes. So his first half was 3/4 for 30 yards, then his second half was 3/16 for 38? Oof

It's insane they opened with a 16 yard run then this happened

R.D. Mangles

I can't imagine an agent letting the bears draft their client if he's a top QB ever again, it's better to hold out and go to a more competent org such as the browns or the jets.

Bears second half drives, ignoring running plays

Incomplete, incomplete, sack
Incomplete, sack
Incomplete, incomplete, 18 yards to arob, incomplete, 48 yard dpi overturning an int, sack, 11 yards to Monty
Incomplete, incomplete, incomplete (only drive without a sack)
Incomplete, sack
10 yards to Monty, incomplete, incomplete, incomplete, sack

The first Bears possession of the second half was three straight incompletions. No runs. No rollouts. No moving pocket. No screens. Absolutely nothing to take pressure off your struggling rookie QB in his first start. Just three straight pocket passes like they had trotted Dalton out there again.

After watching that first half, Nagy’s strategy was to just sacrifice Fields to the Browns D line. I’m angrier today than I was yesterday. Fields was drafted to be your franchise QB and Nagy is fundamentally incapable of molding a game plan to help him out. Nagy should be fired today.

Edit: Fields was sacked only one fewer times than David Montgomery ran the ball!! How does that happen!?

I remember he did. It's a proud Bears tradition of the DC building a relevant team and leaving so they have the HC who was way less relative to the team success. This would be the third time I can think off.

Listening to this Matt Nagy press conference and just getting annoyed. He just keeps doing this false accountability thing where he says it starts with him, while doing nothing to change his approach. Just like in the past. Says the gameplan will be more balanced, then immediately abandons the run again. Gives up play calling, then takes it back again. Accountability means nothing when it comes from his mouth. I'm done with his dumb rear end.
