That's a second gen ram. Those wheels are $7-8000 a set and cheap tires for them are $1800 a set. That means the wheels/tires are worth twice what the truck is.

I saw a Yugo in traffic a couple days back, but didn't get a picture. I did spot this thing not very far from the same spot today.   It looked exactly as well made as you'd expect.

Be pretty sweet if the EPA realized that all of this emissions stuff doesnt meant poo poo if cars keep getting heavier. Just mandate a 4000 pound limit for private vehicles.

Nah the Panda has the small third window in the c pillar. Its probably one of the weird tiny two stroke "cars" you occasionally see around europe that can only go like 30 km/h and can be driven with a motorcycle license.
