Yeah this looks like one of those 'hope the backups can hold serve for 45-60 minutes and then bring in some guys you hope can get a goal' games. Ref seems to be letting the light argy-bargy go for now. And as I type that Weah gets flipped. Since it seems like I'm the only one actually watching this: The US definitely looks sloppy, but I do appreciate the defenders' willingness to get CONCACAF'y. Home team controls the rights and sells it to the away team for whatever they want. That was why we had PPV for US WCQ matches before because no network wanted to pay the cost that was offered. These days, all the smaller home countries use the same company to sell matches to the away teams and are usually packaged.
