Outside of the two Junior title matches, I thought the rest of the card was pretty enjoyable, the first three matches escpecially were very solid. It's just Nosawa leaving a stain on everything he has his hands on

Top two matches definitely made up for what was a fairly forgettable card for me otherwise. But those two matches were REALLY good!

Nth. I also really like the arm sell job that Katsu did which felt so real. My very minor caveat is that the match had some padding that could've been trimmed, but what's a NOAH main event that doesn't run for 30+ minutes nowadays?

To make it more confusing, GCW did run a second show on the ninth, a JCW show that went up on youtube, but I don't think anyone's nominated anything from that.

It's poo poo, this is your future ace & you can't have him just beat old immobile man? gently caress off NOSAWA you fanboy.

God drat. I think one thing ZSJ is usually missing is the ability to elevate opponents; he’s great but he doesn’t consistently lift average workers to greatness. But this match felt more like the old brutal KENTA than usual. Not that KENTA needs elevating, but this one just had that added gear to it.

I didn't hate it enough to second it, but I did hate it!

Ironically the most recent NOAH show where Kenoh and Kiyomiya teamed up against Sakuraba and Mutoh was a ton of fun, because Sakuraba made a big point of selling how impressive Kiyomiya in particular is and how he really doesn't want any part of him in a fair confrontation, and Mutoh actually played a little more into the "We're old and broken down as gently caress going up against young and healthy guys" aspect of things.

YOSHIHIKO vs Kazuki Hirata
- If you've ever seen a YOSHIHIKO match, then you know about his...physical deficiencies. Let me tell you, Hirata made him look absolutely incredible here, particularly the reversal to the top rope powerbomb and the various armbar transistions. Hirata rules, he does both great comedy and great wrestling, only downside to the match was that it was on youtube so his theme got muted
