this article is utter horseshit, the methods have been refined enough now that when a case is discovered it's only the residential community — small groupings of apartment buildings or hotels — that go into lockdown. entire cities frequently do mass testing, but you're not seeing any urban areas shut down the way you did last february and march. big shock that glenn swallows it hook line and sinker though!
