we get our first look at Minnesota here, going to be interested to see them play.. I think they are the real wild card in the central division this year.. as in the only team other than Colorado that has a solid chance to progress out of the divisional playoffs if things come together for the Wild.

It's incredible how consistent the Flyer are at being utterly inconsistent other than losing in the shootout.

This audio mixing on the Ducks-Wild game is real bad. I can't really understand a word the play-by-play person is saying. It's a woman and that's cool but the mixing is real bad and she sounds so muted.

I had it on in the background and her voice is coming through clearly. It took me a while but all of a sudden I had the realization that I wasn't listening to Brian Hayward and I had to come here to comment on it lol.. what an upgrade Minnesota still seems to be a really strong team.

Ducks-Wild audio was fine for me as well. Hextall on PBP was a nice change from the usual. Drysdale has the most intense brows in the NHL.

Can't wait to watch Vancouver get stomped because they're playing a back-to-back on the road, and had to travel. Who the gently caress comes up with these schedules?

Klingberg joins Robinson on the shelf for this one, I think the Stars are going to be hard pressed to even stay close in this game vs the Bruins Boston still has a really strong roster despite some recent departures, they are maybe one of the biggest wildcards in the east - could win the conference, or they could barely scrape into the playoffs. A lot probably depends on how their goaltending performs for them.

Hawks give up a goal within the first 17 seconds two games in a row...although this time it was a soft goal by MAF.

I don't know how to explain this but I feel like Columbus is more "in control" overall than Nashville was? Like, when Columbus is on offense I get more of a sense that they are running a play.

Love that move from Sandin. Also a big fan of the Sens letting Simmonds stand unchecked in the crease. More of that, please.

Kinda starting to think it's a good thing the Pens didn't get Fleury as our goaltending solution

As bad as those goals are, it's probably worse that the Hawks do not have a single shot attempt 8 minutes into the game. And now they're shorthanded.
