pretty much my favourite day working at a job is the day i quit. immediately you get all the hand in the relationship, and they start begging you, "oh we can give the same days off every week" or "we were just about to offer you a promotion" hahaha. course the problem is once i decide something, it's basically impossible to convince me to change it, so i just get to laugh at the about-face.

The caveat to that is the facility manager where I work takes the non in non-confrontational to strange new places, so it wasn't exactly an uphill battle.
