I bet vice city and gta 3 end up on gamepass at some point based on RDR2 and GTA5. Glad SA is what we got as it's the only one I want to try. Never owned it and I played a bit of the 360 version which was a mobile port and awful.

There was one in particular (the 8-track) I just sucked at and had to retry over and over again. I also 100%ed Vice City... on the iPad. Somehow the helicopter mini-games and the ambulance activity were pretty doable. Stealing the attack chopper from the army base was way more challenging, because controlling the minigun with a touchscreen was awful. So yeah, guess I don't really feel the need to play this trilogy ever again lol

Well, gave NHL 22 a try and even though it's supposedly running on a new engine now I can't tell a difference between it and the ~5 previous installments. It looks identical, plays identical, the graphics aren't any better, the game stoppage scenes are still 30 fps (lol)...

apparently Echo Generation is really short by RPG standards, like 10 hours or so, which makes me significantly more interested in playing it. sounds like it might need some balance patches though

It honestly made me wonder how dark the rooms are that you guys are playing in for this to be an issue. I never have noticed a light on a device while playing games.

I'm in Finland where the sun sets before 6 PM these days and it's pitch black by seven. The only lights in my living room are my TV and whatever LEDs are on in my current device. It's not like the controller light is illuminating the room or anything, but if I hold the controller in a way where the light is in my field of view, I will definitely get noticeable blooming from it.

Just finished Lost Words: Beyond the Page and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something with super chill/light puzzle platforming and well written, voiced and acted script. Also would recommend to parents to play with younger kids that haven’t experienced the loss of a loved one yet because this game shows the grieving process of a young girl in a very tasteful and relatable way. Yes, it’s on Gamepass.
