as someone who has done a lot of MUSHing due to being deeply socially maladjusted, tvtropes was terrible because they caused a lot of people to just string five tropes together and go 'this is my character's personality' without any further consideration

Dunno if they ever made a Blu-Ray, but it'd totally hold up. The mix of architectures and the depiction of life in the city is still top tier.
