Both the FNV mod I'm using and the FO4 one posted above are Vulpine Race by beardofsocrates. Vulpine FNV Vulpine FO4 e; There's also Foxraces Discontinued which is nothing but horny and  in the image gallery.

Wish they didn't go for some epic story and make it feel like more fallout like where the settlements were quipping about how they were planning on going to war with one another when the Gunners presents themselves as a new threat to the organized settlements as war is waged between the Gunner run settlements and your settlements as they bring forth new weapons and defenses to hold what they taken from you.
