I have new people joining the team to help with my role. On the one hand I can stop using the royal “we” and when I refer to “the team” it might be more than a euphemism, but on the other hand reducing my workload means passing work to them, which they first have to be trained on. This could get tricky. I might have a potential short term net influx of real work — you all know how I feel about this. Any tips?
