Did the physics change with the new season or something? Every single car is now screeching, understeering, and painting lines on the road with the front tires when I press the turn button at anything above like ten mph, and they certainly weren't doing that yesterday. e: I made sure nothing was bumping my flight stick and restarted and now it all seems fine again. Yeah you don’t have to do anywhere near everything to get both reward cars. There’s a huge buffer so that you can get all the rewards and never have to touch one or two of the event types. As far as I can tell there’s no reward for going over that, there might be an accolade? If so I haven’t seen it, I maxed out a couple of the seasons last series but didn’t see anything special.

I 3-starred three separate Trailblazers I hadn’t touched before and the chest still didn’t unlock for me. Will it appear on the map without having to complete the clue first, or are we SOL until they fix it?

Okay, i have figured out how to do the Mazda of all trades accolade. hold on to your butts preface: for some people, when the accolade is pinned, the tasks it tells you to do are just do 25 other random other accolades but that's just a text error, it's still always 25 candy canes, 25 trees, and 25 snowmen 1. build an awd mazda with snow tires and the 4 rotor for that sweet sweet noise 2. go to the stadium ice rink, smash 25 candy canes and as many trees as there are there 3. go to the city church square on the westish side, there are a bunch more trees there 4. fast traveling may reset your candy cane count 5. once you have 25 trees, restart your game and your candycane count should go back to 25 6. go to the top of the mountain, there are 5 snowmans on the top of the volcano - on a rock halfway up the hill on the west side of the lake straight south of the titan start - on the southern tip of the lake - beside the shack directly east of that - 2 around the buildings further east on the other side of the hill 7. you must hit the snowmans with your front bumper for it to count 8. they still won't count half the time 9. warp back to the festival to reset the snowmans 10. go back to the mountain and smash the snowmans 11. repeat until done and boom! enjoy your 250 accolade points! It's so different from how it's been for me, the game has never crashed once and never had any serious bugs, not even the ones I've heard about from other people. Seems like the Steam PC version is the most stable, console and Microsoft Store versions have all kinds of issues.

Is the Eventlab bugged in some way? I select it from the playlist and it opens the map screen but nothing happens there. I also tried the drive three cars in an eliminator game daily and it didn't register.

It will not trigger if it's too close to another, or other dumb times like if your skillchain ends right before you hit it. Second, if there's another player in the open world also hitting snowmen, the snowmen are not instanced so you can just have them stolen away.

Anyone have a hint for the Pyramid of the Sun speed trap? It's too bumpy for my normal speed-run S2/X cars, and nothing else I've tried can hit 165 in the short run-up you have to it.

If you look at the leaderboard for that speed trap you will see that almost everyone does it with a supercar that way. I'm not even sure it is possible to beat it "legit", it's easily the hardest speed trap in the game.

I did a lot of the dirt ones in my Offroad tuned Audi R8 V10. The Hoonigan RS200 probably works better. There's plenty of room to build speed if you come from the north, and kinda heavily cut the corners on the lil chicane.

Holy poo poo the Trial is just insanely frustrating. Fourth attempt just now, we won the first race and were winning the second. Right up until the last corner where a pubbie teammate shoves me into a wall, missing a checkpoint and dropping me from fifth to last. We lose hundreds of points, and the race, then the third race too

If you're faster than me, fair enough, go ahead, that's more points secured at the front, but at least make some effort to pass me cleanly, the second you appear on my screen I'll make sure to get out of the way in safe fashion.
