The study linked does show antihistamines as basically no risk, but... I probably could do without them and just increase my cetirizin dose. Time to call my doctor I guess.

Noticed I had a Zoro coupon expiring, so given how bleak everything is looking I splurged on an extra 7502 half face and a box of 7093 filters. It says a box has 12 - not sure if that means pairs like on digikey or individuals, but a good deal regardless. So now the count is: 2 x 3M FF-402 Full Face 2 x 3M 7502 Half Face (worn with non-vented safety goggles) 16 or 22 pairs of 7093 P100 Filters

Crap, just learned Trazodone is one of the bad ones. My wife has to take that every night to offset Zoloft's activating effects and has been for like 5 years now. There's no way to win, everything is garbage.
