No, you can't perpetually give a card in my opponent's hand haste. In Magic there has to be something I can interact with that will give my opponent's creatures haste, and I have to build a deck around being able to interact with that card and make the strategy decision of whether or not I will destroy that card in game.

Just stifle the trigger. Or counter the first spell. Or discard the creature.

i think it was more that it was formed when the lost emperor (who is totally not the wanderer) got their spark + our hero bonded with the kami as part of their sparking process

i doubt it's gonna be 'anyone who gets that kami can planeswalk'
