You can blame nerds for sexualizing almost anything but Kemono Friends as it aired is impeccably pure. Part of its charm is that it's basically indistinguishable from a children's anime except it didn't have that clock superimposed in the top left corner.

I did try watching it for a few episodes. I mean... is it not a show for children? it's an educational show about how different animals behave. the "dark mystery" part is significantly less dark than, like, adventure time the weird thing to me is that so many people were getting into a show that was like barely a step up from dora the explorer Casey Finnigan has issued a correction as of 00:35 on Dec 17, 2021 |

it's weird how good scryed is. the manga it's adapted from is a goshdarn mess. the last time i rewatched it i noticed that the opening of each episode is very slightly different. shots will change in small ways, or be replaced, or the sequence of shots will change, or different verses of the song will get used. the music in general is fun https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=041H8jo6Dy0

My favorite changing OP thing is in Frame Arms Girls, where the robots start out as CGI but as they grow and become more individual in the show the CGI for each of them is replaced with traditional animation.
