i was trying to figure out who gun jesus was before i realized its forgotten weapons lol. he gives me the same vibes as the MRE eating dude in that at least some amount of the interest seems to be legitimately because of history and not just military fetishization. not to say they never do that, but it isn't as outward as many channels

yeah no... nintendo internally used some variety of late-70s hp workstations with built-in eprom programmers to make their games in the early days. nobody coded then with trackballs iirc with the snes, they initially used sony NEWS unix workstations
