I wish there were any Pioneer events in my area... I haven't seen 1 offered at any store since events restarted. It's all modern all the time with a little legacy. Thats it.

Our lgs/local club does pioneer in store and modern fnms at the club. Legacy nights got replaced with free-play evenings so we've had to go to the next city over for the big legacy tournaments

Sometimes, there's a man, well, he's the man for his time and place. He fits right in there. And that's Jimmy T.
Just had someone spam "Your Go" at me constantly during our long match during a Premier Draft for Crimson Vow. So at the end when I had him dead on board with my attacks and he had no outs, I spammed it back at him while he unsuccessfully tried to block. That is seriously the first time I have ever encountered another player who was kind of an rear end in a top hat.

I have been playing a lot of the Premier Crimson Vow drafts and its by far my favorite format. I wish the rewards were a little more forgiving or the entries were a bit cheaper because a run of bad rng can really make it difficult to keep free-playing without needing to wait and save another 10k gold. Also despite playing a lot, I am still making dumb mistakes although admittedly a smaller amount of them.

Wow speaking of variance / rng in draft. I drew all 16 of my lands with 10 cards left in my deck. That's impressive.

Think of it this way, you're 100% to draw action for the rest of the game!

We had Cloudpost and Vesuva for a while until Glimmerpost showed up and gave entirely too much life in addition to too much mana.

I was dead on that turn unfortunately. No plays for 5 turns in a row is rough. I had a Ceremonial Knife that was doing some work getting me blood tokens but my opponent played 3 Abrades, a Rending Flame, and Lacerate Flesh to wipe out my board.
