People are gonna No True Texan their way out of enjoying food. Enjoy food in all its forms. If you like a well-done steak that’s fine I guess. The only sin you can commit in a meal is to waste food. Do not waste food, especially meat. It’s a real dick move to throw away meat, an animal died for that and likely suffered their whole life. Be sure to eat it all, give it away, or at least compost it. It’s not like our leaders have any taste. They pretend bricks doused in ketchup are brisket, for God’s sake.
