Using social media is like playing poker at the casino - unless it's literally your profession the more you play the more you will lose, and you might think the other players are the problem but it's the house that sets the rules for its own benefit.

I don't actually "browse" reddit, that seems like a sure way to end up suicidal I only know about its behavior from looking poo poo up and finding the best answer there(basically never happens except video games). Its hard to avoid if you play games
