If only it hadn’t had such a poor start perhaps it could have kept up with our #1. We’ll see that game in a moment but first let’s celebrate the grand return of Samus to our consoles!

Metroid Dread is such a loving brilliant and fantastic game. Such great movement and design, some amazing controls and abilities. It may have been short but every second of it just felt perfect and was a joy. Very well-deserved. I can’t believe Carmageddon 64 won again
