So do I understand this right - if the Charges and Raiders just kneel every snap and tie the game they BOTH get into the playoffs and the Steelers are out, and if one of them wins then that team gets in with the Steelers? Because doesn't that incentivize them to tie? If they tie I will laugh my rear end off this is some prisoner dilemma poo poo
