I think Flores has done a lot of hair-brained stuff as a coach but he dramatically overperformed two of his three years and he still ended up closing this season out with a winning record. The Dolphins must have their eye on someone specific, I guess?

Flores made some dumb mistakes and appears to be a bit of an rear end in a top hat to work with but unless you’re going to land Harbaugh(which the initial reports seem to deny) this is an insanely bad move Jesus.
