As long as super low rise jeans don't come back in a huge way for women I don't care. If it means my current leggings and oversized sweater/sweatshirt combo stays acceptable to go out in public in then folks can go right back in time to the 90s where we had frosted brown lipstick and body glitter everywhere.

I live a mile away from a rifle range / gun shop, and in early October I hear the black powder muzzleloaders go off as people are getting ready for early deer season. Black powder has a distinct OOMPH to the bang compared to smokeless powder. But yeah sometimes I hear gunshots going off in the distance and don't give it no mind.

Same but if we're doing 90s clothes again, I want my grunge back. Or the flowery dresses with the little t-shirts underneath. Those were fun.

My fashion is so boring. I basically wear jeans and a button-down shirt, occasionally with a sweater, and that's been my style for like 20 years.

Edit: Hell, my haircut / style hasn't changed in 20 years.

Yeah I’ve got some AA shirts via Threadless from goddamn college 15 years ago that are still doing just fine, unreal lasting quality. Whether it’s good that I still wear them, I mean, come on, that’s not the point.

Yeah, they held together well. They started selling them again and I picked up a few but the quality isn't the same. Loose threads, don't fit quite as well, fabric and stitching isn't as good. They're still not bad, but I've never found another tee that was close.

Gildan bought AA when it went bankrupt and promptly ruined what made them good, but the AA guy started a new company after being forced out called Los Angeles Apparel that supposedly uses the same fabric and cuts as AA. Dov’s probably still a sleaze though so I guess consult your own moral compass before patronizing his company.

Yes, I’ve been buying their stuff for like 10 years. They have a store in Seattle near the ballpark and I bought a Seattle Rainiers shirt from them way back when. I’ve since ordered like three more shirts. It’s is very difficult flipping through the catalog and not buy like half of it.

Mech2 looked incredible for its time, and, honestly, the gameplay still holds up. I keep it and Ghost Bear's Legacy (I never liked either installment of Mercenaries) installed on a WinXP machine I have in my closet. Given how much of a clusterfuck MechWarrior 2's production was--they were doing some insane programming tricks to get it to run--it's a miracle it turned out as well as it did.

The soundtrack is still an absolute banger, too.

Yeah, and even if you did there was no software clock-limiter on old old games that ran on like 386 25-75MHz systems.

I ran into the same problem when I built a "blazing" 1.4Hz AMD system in college and wanted to play Falcon 3.0 and Tornado. They were unplayably fast and would load but the games were out of control and you'd just crash on takeoff again and again.
