They still haven't gotten to a trailer with characters and dialogue huh? Not real big on this premise either. It's a prequel AND it's about the rings and poo poo? Very Star Wars where everything has to be about the Force and lightsabers.

To be honest, I personally like that era (Second Age and First (?) War of the Ring) in my head. Not like literal gods fighting, titanic spiders sucking world trees dry and flying ships fighting mountain sized dragons but like basically bunch of exiled elves trying to adjust to the fact that they're banished from eternal elf sex land and now have to live with bunch of normies (men, dwarves) while singing sad songs about how much they miss elf sex land. The voiceover is like one of the Netflix fantasy shows they adapt from a random rear end YA fantasy book then cancel after first season so lmao @ the actual show but at least it's in a time frame I'm slightly curious about.
