the best thing about poker in movies is that the plot always turns around one player having an incredibly obvious "tell" that no one has ever noticed in all the time that this person has been playing super high level poker. john malkovich in rounders with his oreos is a perfect example i get why they do it - its so theres something obvious enough in the movie that everyone in the audience will understand what is happening, the same way every car/race chase scene in a movie is decided by showing someone stomping on the gas pedal extra hard and pulling away - but its still funny
